This week we are focusing on Holidays in December. Today we learn a bit about Hanukkah. We learned about a game called Dredal and about the Menorah. We made yummy Potato Latkes. Which we learned to chop, grate, wash  potatoes.

 

We read When is Hanukkah coming?  and Dredal, Dredal . We worked on our Abc’s and patterning. We sang 5 little monkey’s jumping on the bed, We hokey poked.  We made Menorah’s out of paper and glue. We also traveled threw a snowy cave pretending we were wild animals.

 

We were able to play outside for about 1/2 hour.

Am snack: Oatmeal, strawberries and water

Lunch: Grill Cheese Sandwiches, Potato Latkes, Applesauce and milk

Pm snack: Snack potatoes and water
