What a wonderful Thursday!!!

Today we spent the morning working on special gifts for grandparents day which is Saturday the 11th of September! We talked about how special our Nana, Papa, Grammie, Grampa’s are.

Morning Circle consisted of  Welcoming our friends to school, calendar, weather. We sung our ABC’s and danced to the Hokey Pokey. We acted out the Animals Are Sleeping. Ask your child which animal they like most? We read ” The story of my feelings!”  by Laurie Burkener  and “Our New Baby”. We also played a bean bag game in which we had to find the front, back, sides, up high/low, on top of our bodies!

We played outside this morning for about 90 minutes. It is so nice to have a warm, cloudy day sometimes.  It can make a wonderful playtime.

 

Am snack: Cheese, Banana’s and water

Lunch: Peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches, cucumbers, nectorines and milk

Pm snack:Hummus and rice cakes
