AM Snack: yogurt and granola, water

Lunch: chicken, rice, green beans from the garden, grapes, milk

PM Snack: cereal and raisins, water

ACTIVITIES

Circle/lesson: We talked about bird adaptations. We studied feathers.  We practiced some bird identification.  We read Edie the Great Egret.

Art: feather painting mural

Science: binocular practice by the field and bird identification

Gardening: We went to the garden and picked green beans and tomatoes.  We walked around the garden to pick red raspberries and blackberries.  We also stopped to observe the garden spider by the lilacs.

Centers: bird nest study, legos, free art, blocks, trampolene
