Happy Monday!

Hope everyone had a great weekend. Glad to see everyone’s happy faces this morning.

This weeks theme is: THE GARDEN

This morning as friends arrived we had free play.

Morning Snack: Apples with peanut butter and a special treat of chocolate chips

We had snack outside today so friends got to play outside for a few before we had circle.

During circle we talked about what we got in our Easter Baskets, start of a new month, all the parts of a flower. We read Inch By Inch and Seed to Plant.

Art Project: Name flowers. Each child picked their color flowers to spell out their name. They glued the flowers and a stem to the flower. Once they were done they were sent outside until lunch

Lunch: Waffles, applesauce, yogurt, corn, milk

They brushed their teeth and it was time for rest/nap.

Once the kids are up from nap we will have afternoon snack and head back outside (if weather permits)
